Love
Love is one of our school's value. Love is all about caring and sacrifising.Caring for someone is to help them.Tell your loved ones that you love them before its too late.You might always bring forward what you have to do to another day,but you cannot do that to a person.As its might be too late to do so,as u will not know what will happen the next day,next hour and even the next minute.You might be losing him/her forever.Leave no room for regrets.Do what you wish to do.
An example : A newly wed couple jus got married.The husband started having stomach cramps once every while.He went to the doctor, discovered that he has stomach cancer.Its was stage 2 already and he needed an opperation immediately.His wife broke down when she came to know about the news.the opporation failed and her husband died shortly.She did not get to say 'goodbye' or 'i love you'.she regretted not doing so when he was still with her.So,do not leave whatever you want to do the next day.

Gracious and healthy lifestyle
We must eat healthly and have a balanced diet. We must not be overeating or be on a diet. We must not eat oily food eg. french fries, nuggets, fried chicken wing. Eat more vegetables and have less salty food. If we do that we can be healthy and strong. We should also exercise more and not stay at home and watch television and sleep.
Example:MrZ eats a lot of junk food. Hamburgers, french fries, fissy drinks. He is obese and not very healthy. But for MrY he exercises, eat lots of vegetable and fruits and and has an average weight. MrZ is much less healthy than MrY.
We feel that having a gracious and healthy lifestyle is very important. It will help us be alert in class or other times. We will also feel less tired.

Integrity
We must be honest.We should not be dishonest because if we do so, there would be punishment for us.Even if no one is looking, we still must not do any wrong doings.
Example:If you wish to buy something expensive and you do not have enough money to do so,you should not resort to stealling even though you are very tempted to own the item.Do not take money from your parents as they work hard to earn money.Maybe you won't understand the hardwork they do to earn the money.In future, you will.
What does the value 'integrity' means to us??
