Gracious and healthy lifestyle

We must eat healthly and have a balanced diet. We must not be overeating or be on a diet. We must not eat oily food eg. french fries, nuggets, fried chicken wing. Eat more vegetables and have less salty food. If we do that we can be healthy and strong. We should also exercise more and not stay at home and watch television and sleep.

Example:MrZ eats a lot of junk food. Hamburgers, french fries, fissy drinks. He is obese and not very healthy. But for MrY he exercises, eat lots of vegetable and fruits and and has an average weight. MrZ is much less healthy than MrY.


We feel that having a gracious and healthy lifestyle is very important. It will help us be alert in class or other times. We will also feel less tired.
